The Fast-Track to Bulking Up
Whether on the sixth-grade playground or in the fast-paced world of office politics, the frail thin man is chosen last. Society sees muscle as a measure of ability, self-confidence, health, and sexiness. It is the long sought after key to ultimate success. In order to get yourself on the fast-track, take a moment to learn the secret everyone wants to know how to gain muscle quick.
There are only a few exercises needed: squats, pull-ups, bench press, and dead lifts. While doing these exercises focus on good form and lifting as much as you can lift eight to ten times before needing to rest. Make sure you don’t over-train. Exercise only every other day at the most. This allows your muscles to rest. Eat healthy- by that I mean good natural food. There’s no need to get a pill case for supplements.
To keep good form in a squat bend your knees until you have close to a ninety-degree bend. Make sure your back is still straight and your knees do not push out past your toes. To add on to this you can hold free weights in each hand.
Pull-ups are the curse of many men. They can be done with the hands facing toward and/or away from you (they will work different muscles). You can modify this by doing the arm hang to make it easier at first or wearing a weight vest to take it to the next level.
With the bench press you can use either a machine or free weights. Using free weights will work not only the major muscles, but also the smaller fine-control muscles. The only problem with free weights is that you will need a spotter.
Dead lifts can be done using a bar or dumbbells. Unlike the other exercises, keep the weight level low while starting out as this exercise is easy to overextend yourself on. You can combine this with shoulder shrugs or arm curls and shoulder press when using dumbbells to get an added work out.
I can hear you thinking, “That’s it?!” A few simple exercises done a few times a week doesn’t seem like much, but as Occam’s razor says, the simplest strategy tends to be the best one. The perfect solution to the question of how to gain muscle quick are these few exercises and the “Vince Del Monte’s No-Sense Muscle Building“product.
